1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product

• The product was damaged during transit

• The product has expired or is of poor quality upon opening (with valid proof)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a clear photo or video of the product and the issue.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate:

• A replacement shipment (preferred option), OR

• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

• Opened or partially used items

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless defective)

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at the provided customer support details.
